As all rowing veterans can attest, the Fall session IS the most critical rowing season as milder weather and relatively calm water conditions afford generous opportunities to further elevate rowing skills and to log foundational aerobic fitness miles.
New for Fall 2020: Athletes may select one of three practice schedules that best reflects their fitness and commitment to training:
Fall 2020 practices will be a mixture of rowing on the water and dry land training. Athletes will be given direction via iCrew (a team management rowing app). The daily training plan will be developed in accordance to skill, age, and fitness levels.
REFUND POLICY: Registrants are eligible for 100% refund prior to September 18, 2020. After September 18, refunds will only be considered due to public health mandates or documented COVID-19 illness.
