For 2021, training camp will be held locally in Boulder County.

Training camp will consist of land based, 2x/day sessions involving conditioning, squad meetings, and squad development activities. We will use various venues around Boulder. A detailed agenda is forthcoming. The cost of this camp is included the Spring 2021 registration fee.
Spring is the competitive season in rowing. Races are sprint format, typically 2K in length, and lead up to regional and national competitions in May and June. CJC’s season traditionally continues until the Regional Regatta in early-mid May. Athletes that qualify for National Competitions will continue practices through those events which are typically held in early-mid June.
Novices will practice Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday at the Boulder Reservoir.
Experienced rowers will offered six rowing opportunities each week; they are expected to practice 5-6x/week. Practices will be held at the Boulder Reservoir.
For the 2021 Spring Session, practice will be conducted April 6 - May 26. For those CJC athletes planning on participating in the 2021 USRowing Youth National Championships being held June 10-13 in Sarasota, Florida, practice will continue. The 2021 USRowing Youth National Championships will have an open entry process that does not require qualification.
REFUND POLICY - Registrants are eligible for 100% refund until April 11, 2021. After April 11, 2021, refunds will only be considered due to public health mandates or documented COVID-19 illness.
COST - The 2021 Spring season cost is $650. This fee will cover all practices and any local regattas/scrimmages.
